• Output ranges from 1500 Kgs. To 5000 Kgs. Per batch.
• Ball mill consists of a cylindrical shell into which material is fed. The shell is supported on both ends with the help of bearings mounted on a stand. The shell rotates around a horizontal axis. The support below bearings is fabricated from heavy channel and plates & is machined to give perfect seating.
• Drive is either by gearbox or pulley.
• Ball mills operate continuously, the material to be fine grinded is fed inside from one end and discharged at the other through pressure created by the help of an Air Blower.
• A dust collection system comprising of cyclone separator, bag filter houses, suitable ducting and air blower collects output of ball mill in the form of fine powder.
